When you open the app there are three intro screens. They do not advance on their own. Read at your pace, tap "Next", and finish with "Start AlohaD".
Next you sign in. Enter your email and a 6-digit code arrives. There is no password.
Then we ask what to call you, and your date of birth. The name is how your future self will address you — a nickname is fine.
